The Kettle Falls Mat Dogs is the youth feeder program for Kettle Falls Middle School and High School Wrestling. Our purpose is simple: to teach the fundamentals of wrestling, build strong character, and create a lifelong love for the sport.

Mat Dogs is a place where young athletes learn the basics and foundations of safe, age-appropriate wrestling while developing confidence, discipline, teamwork, and respect. We focus on long-term growth — not wins and losses — by emphasizing effort, attitude, and continuous improvement.

Through wrestling, we aim to build community, connection, and pride from the youth level all the way through high school. Our goal is to help athletes feel prepared, supported, and excited as they grow within the Kettle Falls wrestling family.
